What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, whether your enquiry is about home or commercial cleaning, optional preferred timing, and a description of what you need. It also includes a hidden anti-spam field. Please do not send payment details, access codes or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Tidy Widy uses your details to read and respond to your enquiry and, if requested, discuss and provide a quote. Where you ask for a quote, the information is used to take steps at your request before any contract. The form is not a marketing sign-up and does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
Who processes the information
The form is processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify stores submissions in the site’s forms dashboard and sends a notification to Tidy Widy’s business mailbox, info@tidywidy.co.uk. The mailbox is hosted by 20i using Stackmail, which processes the notification email. Netlify and the email provider process information as needed to provide those services; their own privacy terms apply to their services. No analytics or advertising service is used by this form.
How long we keep it
Tidy Widy keeps enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and handle the enquiry, and for any resulting service or legal record-keeping obligations. The submission may be held in Netlify’s dashboard and as an email in the business mailbox; we will remove it from those places when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirement.
Your choices and rights
You can ask Tidy Widy for a copy of your information or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal reasons it must be kept. You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, depending on the circumstances. To make a request, email info@tidywidy.co.uk. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns.
